Shipping and returns

Delivery in the Netherlands
All orders within the Nederlands above €50 are delivered free of charge via DHL, for orders below €50 the shipping costs are €3.95. Because everything is handmade the orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Delivery Europe
All orders placed outside of the Netherlands (within the European union) are between €9,- till €16,-. Check or shipping page for more information. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. See the price list for each country here.

Return
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, without stains and in original packaging, the costs for returning are for the customer's account. See below how you can return articles. (Custom orders, earrings and hair accessoires can not be returned). 

If you want to return an item, please send an email to info@lottabijoux.com, with your order number, name and the items you want to return.

If your return is be accepted you receive our return address, you can return your order, bij sending it in it's original packing, or a other good protective packing, we do not accept damaged items and always note your name and ordernummer, otherwise we don't know it is yours. If you don't send us an email, we do not accept the return!

Pay attention! You are responsible for the return of your package at all times. If you do not trust it, send your package extra insured.

Once we have received your return, we will process the payment within 5 business days.
