Our privacy policy

Privacy sensitive data is processed via the Lotta Bijoux webshop. Lotta Bijoux believes it is very important that personal data is handled with care. Personal data is carefully processed and secured by Peachy and Pearls. We therefore adhere to the requirements of the Privacy Act when processing personal data.
Such as:
- We state through this privacy statement the purposes for which we process personal data.
- We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and require that also from parties that process your personal data on our behalf.
- We first ask for permission to process your personal data.
- We only collect personal data that is required for legitimate purposes.
- We offer you the right to offer, delete or correct your data for inspection. We (Peachy and Pearls) are responsible for the processing of your data. In this privacy statement we explain to you which data we collect and for what purpose we use it.

 

Personal data

We receive certain data from you when using our webshop. We only use and store the personal data that you provide. We use the following data: - Telephone number - Sex - Name and address details (Name, Address, City) - Date of birth - Billing address - E-mail address - Payment details 

 

Advertisement

We advertise (inform you of news) through: - E-mail - Social media


Place Order

If you place an order with Lotta Bijoux, we will use your personal data to process the order. If necessary, we can also provide your personal data to third parties. 


Distribution to third parties

We can pass on personal data to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. We have agreements with them to comply with European privacy rules. Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data. 



Newsletter and contact form

You can ask us questions via a contact form, you will be asked to enter information so that we can answer your questions as well as possible. You can choose which information you want to enter. Your data will be saved until the question has been processed. We also offer a newsletter for internees, through this newsletter we inform you about our products and services. Every newsletter contains a link at the bottom with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to our list of subscribers with your permission.


Google Analytics


We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. For this we have an agreement with Google about the handling of our data. Only we use the information obtained by Analytics. They also do not have the IP addresses anonymized  


Cookies

Our webshop uses cookies. When you visit our webshop for the first time, you will receive a message explaining why we use cookies. If you want to use our webshop, we assume that you give permission for the use of cookies. You can disable the cookes in your browser, but keep in mind that it is possible that our webshop no longer works optimally.  


Security

To limit the misuse of personal data, we take the following measures: - You only have access to personal data with a username and password. - We use secure connections (SSL) with which all information between our webshop and you is protected when you enter data. 


Retention periods

Your data will be stored as long as you are a customer with us. This means that we save your data until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will regard this as a request for forget. Pursuant to the applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your data. We will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have valued as a result of your assignment. 



Third parties

Our privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our webshop. We also cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data reliably and securely. Therefore, read the privacy statement of these websites.


Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy has consequences for the way in which we process already collected data with regard to you, we will inform you of this by e-mail.  


View and change your data

You always have the right to view or change the data that we process. For this you can contact us at any time via the details below. You can send us a request to view, change or delete this information. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.

We are happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under the privacy legislation you are also entitled to submit a complaint to the personal data authority against the processing of personal data.
